Multi-surface water-thinnable epoxy enamel

Two-component epoxy enamel featuring good chemical resistance and excellent adhesion to structurally sound concrete; it forms a barrier waterproof and oil-proof film.
It was specifically developed to make industrial concrete floors resistant to stains and dust-free, as in garages or warehouses where a good surface is required for pedestrian and light vehicle traffic (forklifts with rubber wheels).
The product can be washed with chloroactive detergent, alkaline degreaser and disinfectant based on benzalkonium chloride without alteration. Washing with acid descalers involves a change in final gloss.

Application

It can be applied, after proper preparation of the support, even on masonry and plasterboard as a finishing for fine quality interiors, or on metal substrates prepared with a suitable anticorrosive primer. The product is also suitable for outdoor applications, if over-coated with PAVIPIU’ finishing code 1943. Suitable for painting environments where food is present, according UNI 11021:2002 standard concerning the HACCP methodology. Its good adhesion to ceramic substrates allows it to be applied to tiles, but only if intended for wall use and only by strictly following the substrate preparation procedure.
